Server News FAQ
Lineage 2 Server News FAQ
What is the Lineage 2 Server News page?
The Lineage 2 Server News page collects recent public updates from listed Lineage 2 private servers on L2Votes. These updates may include server announcements, opening information, community notices, event updates, maintenance messages and general news from server profiles.
Where do these server news updates come from?
The news updates come from the public news sections of listed server profiles on L2Votes. Each update is connected to its original server profile, so players can view the related server, check its rates, chronicle, status and other listing details before deciding to join.
Are the newest server news updates ranked or sponsored?
No. The news feed is ordered by publication date, with the newest updates shown first. It is not a ranking system and it does not mean that a server is better, more active or officially recommended by L2Votes.
How can I check if a server announcement is still accurate?
Always open the related server profile and, when needed, verify important details on the server’s official website or Discord. Server openings, events, rewards, maintenance times and gameplay details may change after a news update is published.
Can server owners publish news on L2Votes?
Server owners can use their server profile news section to share public updates, depending on the available L2Votes owner tools and moderation rules. News should be relevant, accurate and safe for players, and may be reviewed or removed if it is misleading, spammy or abusive.
